For every emotion in the mind there is a corresponding rhythm in the breath. Every emotion causes a different sensation in the body. In this restorative Iyengar Yoga and Pranayama workshop we will explore the rhythm of the breath and how this affects our emotional state. Particularly indicated to release states of fear and anger.
